Oh yeah...and we had a little fun too!

We had a BLAST just getting to know each other...just imagine it...20 new friends, a strange city, and FAITH that God has indeed "Done great things for us!"  My trip was blessed with incredible unity, strong friendships, and a loving, praying atmosphere unlike any other that I have EVER been involved in in my LIFE!

Happy Birthday, Becky!
Becky's birthday was a well-known fact.  (She plugged it SO much that I had a dream about it!)  We threw her a surprise birthday party at the roller-skating rink.  It was a blast.  Josh, Matt, and I were responsible for kidnapping Becky from the laundromat.  It was a good opportunity for Matt to show his weird side.  (Funny, almost EVERYTHING we did brought out Matt's weird side!)
Riddle me this, riddle me that...does Becky know where she's at?

DO Something
We also had the opportunity to work at a Habitat for Humanity house.  Adam's mom and dad invited us to join them at a Habitat site right on the West end of Louisville.  We showed up to paint and ended up doing some hard labor!  We leveled out the crawl space, filled in the front porch, and laid down gravel.  It was the greatest way to get some sun, and sweat A TON!
Us at the sight.  The beautiful woman on my right is the future owner of the house.

Hey Adam!  Just dump that here....D'OH not there!

Here are some other things we did!  All in all, not only was the summer life-changing, but it was fun too!  It's always nice to have your life impacted by fun things as well as not so fun things!
